Wood Flooring Renovation

We completed this floor renovation project for a Beverlywood client. For the majority of the house, we sanded the existing floor, filled in and repaired any damage, then stained it with 3 layers of water based varnish. For one of the bedrooms, we removed the carpet, linoleum and glue, revealing the original hardwood that we were able to salvage and match the newly restored floor. For the den, closets and stairs, we removed the carpet and installed new waterproof flooring. We also added cork beneath the new flooring in the den and moved all the furniture into rooms that were not being worked on so the client could keep everything inside the house.
