Sunroom Renovation

Beverlywood clients wanted to clean their sun room, fix the leaking ceiling and find a cost effective way to keep the room warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We replaced the damaged ceiling and roof panels that were leaking along with any necessary insulation and waterproofing. We cleaned and resealed all the windows and plexiglass. Finally we installed an A/C Heater window unit, with new window glass and a custom base to support it, along with a new ceiling fan to keep air flowing.
